About Rabboni Lodge
Masonry in Massachusetts shares a rich tradition
of brotherly love, relief, and truth dating back to early colonial days
when our founding fathers, many of whom were Freemasons, formed our great
country. From the operative masons who built the magnificent cathedrals in
Europe during the middle-ages, to today’s speculative Freemasons, like minded
men have sought others who share the same values and wish to form lasting
friendships. This is the essence of Freemasonry, and what Freemasonry offers to
all good men of strong, moral character.
Rabboni Lodge (Chartered in 1869) thrives today on the same rich traditions shared by all Freemasons. Among these is a responsibility to help those who are in need, to improve the community in which we live, and to strengthen ourselves as men in all our roles. We take great pride in our members who unceasingly give of their time, treasures, and talents to fulfill the tenets of our fraternity.
Rabboni Lodge welcomes men from all generations and walks of life, and strives to lead by example. This may help explain the tremendous growth in our membership over the past several years. The meaningful lessons during our monthly meetings, the camaraderie shared during social events, the commitment to helping others, all contribute toward offering a unique satisfaction in time well spent.
